Prerequisite: Proficiency with a whip
- you may dual wield whips as though it had the light property.
- after hitting a medium or smaller creature with a whip, you may chose to have that creature become restrained (escape DC: 13) instead of doing any damage, you may use this feature once per turn and it can be used in an opportunity attack.
- when a creature is restrained this way, you must remain within 10 ft. of the creature at all times. If you are ever more than 10 feet away from the restrained creature, it becomes free and is no longer restrained.
