Brutal [Intimidation]

Requires Punisher Feat

As a reaction when you reduce an enemy to 0 hit points, you
can attempt to frighten nearby creatures. When you do so,
each creature of your choice within 10 feet of that enemy must
succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your
Intimidation bonus) or be frightened by you until the end of your
next turn. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until
you complete a short or long rest.
