Encouraging Word [Persuasion]

Requires Inspiring Word Feats

When an allied creature within 30 feet of you it hit by an
attack, you can call out a word of aid and encouragement. As a
reaction, you can take the Help action. You can use this feature
a number of times equal to the number of talent points you have
spent on the Persuasion tree (counting the base talent as if you
spent a talent point there), and regain any expended uses when
you finish a long rest.
