You gain proficiency with Tinkerer’s Tools.
Using the Tinkerer’s Tools, you can increase the escape DC
of ball-bearings, caltrops, hunting traps and other such items
that you place by your proficiency bonus, if you pay the price
of the item again for the raw materials and spend a short rest
enhancing it.
