This feat is special. You gain it from certain effects. While you have this feat, you cannot perform actions, reactions, legendary actions, mythic actions, or do anything except move. You move at half your speed and remain under this condition until someone within 5ft of you takes a turn to pick you up. If you remain like this for 5 rounds, you are unconscious and making death saves.
(I only made it a feat because I couldn't homebrew a condition. This is literally a mechanic for being knocked, like in most battle royale games. Just in case you want that.)
