Prerequisite: Requires a Dexterity score of 13 or higher
You have devoted many hours to training in the whip, making it almost an extension of your will. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain proficiency with whips if you do not already have it.
- When you successfully hit a target with a whip attack on your turn, you can take a bonus action to attempt to trip or disarm the target. The target must make a Strength or Dexterity (their choice) saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier). On a failed save, the target falls prone, or one item of your choice held by the target is dropped at the target's feet.
