As one of the many mixed bred races in Altonia you are able to tap into the Tabaxi blood that runs through your veins gaining the abilities of a tabaxi for 1 minute and then have to wait till you long rest before using these abilities again. You gain the ability to choose either Cat's Agility or Cat's Claws and you also gain Expertise in both Perception and Stealth.
