Prerequisite: You must have the ability to cast spells
When you cast a ranged spell at melee range, you don't roll with disadvantage.
Casting a spell whilestealthed does not break your stealth. Anyone who saw the spell can make a perception check with advantage to see you.
You may ignore the verbal component for your spellcasting, granting a boost to any Sleight of Hand checks to cast unnoticed.
