Fast hands and hidden weapons

Many people carry an extra weapon or a multitude of arrows. Yet it takes too long to get them out if you need them. Not anymore, having trained your hands for a time you have mastered the art of drawing quickly and hiding weapons in various places such as your wrist guard or your shoe. As such you can now fire twice per action, swap weapons as a free action, and gain a sneak attack bonus(2d6) when you attack with a weapon hidden on your body.
