Choose one melee weapon i.e. longsword, battleaxe, etc. that you have proficiency with, you gain the following benefits while wielding your selected weapon, when the choice is made it cannot be changed.
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain +1 to your attack rolls with your chosen weapon
- Any time you would have disadvantage with your chosen weapon you instead just roll one d20 as if you didn't have disadvantage, the DM may make exceptions to this, you are still considered to have disadvantage for purposes that are affected by having disadvantage i.e. sneak attack.
