Gain the HB skill Meditate: lvl+ wis+ rank+ roll

Use cost one ki  point and can be used for the following

• 2 uses redo a death save
• 1 use reroll on attack roll
• 2 parry one attack you can see
• 2 switch roll with one skill roll as sub
• 1 use to gain advantage on on turn
• 3 uses replace damage with skill roll 
• 1 use dodge one incoming attack

Use of this style is equal to amount of ki at hand

Can sacrifice health instead to use but one ki equal ten hp same so two is twenty and so on But this can only be used equal to ones level
