Prerequisite: Tortle

You have discovered a way to begin to slide suddenly forward when you retract into your shell. Whenever you use your action to withdraw into your shell as part of the, you can quickly push off with your legs just before withdrawing them, causing your shell to quickly slide forward. You slide forward in a straight line that is 5 feet wide and an amount of feet long equal to your strength modifier times 5. Any creature or object in the way must make a dexterity saving throw against a DC equalling 8 + your strength modifier + your proficiency bonus or take 1d8 bludgeoning damage. An object automatically fails this saving throw. The slide ends early if you hit a wall or solid object that does not break as a result of taking damage from the slide. You can use this ability an amount of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.
