At level 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 in this class you learn two additional spells. They counts as sorcerer spells for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know. The two spells can be from any class. Use a table that has all the spells from PHB. Only choose spells from the highest level you can cast. Roll three times on that table and choose two of the spells to be your sorcerer spells.

Example: at level 5 your highest level spells are 3rd level spells. Roll three times on the table for 3rd level spells in the PHB and choose two of them.
