Chain Spell

You can cast spells that arc to additional targets.

Any spell of 6th level or lower that forces a saving throw, and that specifies a single target, and has range greater than touch, can be chained to affect up to two additional targets. Secondary targets must be within 15 feet of the original target. No target can be affected more than once.

If a secondary target succeeds on its saving throw, it takes no damage and is unaffected by the spell.

Each time you use this feat, for each additional target, you use a spell slot one level higher than the spell's lowest level.
