Boon of the Fire Lord
You have become one with the flame, transcending its destructive nature and gaining dominion over all fire. What was once a source of pain is now a conduit for your strength, and your mastery over fire makes you a living embodiment of its power.
Flame's Embrace
-
Fire Immunity: Instead of taking fire damage, you now heal for the amount of fire damage you would have taken. This healing occurs instantly as the flames fuel your vitality, allowing you to become a walking inferno of power.
-
Fire Control Mastery: You gain control over all nonmagical fire. You can command flames at will, manipulating them with ease.
Control Flames
-
Free Action Command: You can cast Control Flame as a free action, with no range limit, allowing you to bend flames to your will from any distance.
-
Flame’s Wrath: While controlling nonmagical flames, you can make them deal 1d8 fire damage on an attack. Additionally, the flames will deal 1d8 fire damage at the start of each of their turns if a creature is touching or within the fire. The fire becomes a persistent hazard, punishing those who dare approach.
Mastery Over Magical Fire
-
Redirect Magical Fire: You can attempt to take control of magical fire by rolling a Spell Attack check against the target's Spell Save DC. On a successful check, you gain control of the fire and can redirect the attack back toward the original caster. The redirected fire deals its normal damage, potentially harming the caster or others nearby.
-
Flame Reversal: If you fail the check, you take no damage, but the magical fire is not redirected. You can attempt to take control again on your next turn.
