Through some means, or just sheer being used to it, you are adapt at moving around in your own dream.
While in Dal Quor, or the resident Realm of Dreams, you can choose your own appearance in any dream as a free action, even when you are not the messenger of a dream, and you gain a 30ft flying speed (hover) in dreams.
You gain advantage on saving throws in the Realm of Dreams, and damage you take from nightmares upon waking up (such as that caused by the Dream) is halved at least to your body outside the realm of dreams.
