Prerequisite: Constitution 16 or higher
You can use this feat as your action for up to 5 rounds per short rest. When you use this feat, you gain the following properties for every round you maintain concentration.
- Your AC gains a +2 bonus
- You have advantage on all Strength and Constitution saving throws
- You gain a +2 modifier to Constitution
- You are immune to all non-magical ranged attacks
- When a creature misses a melee attack directed at you, you gain an opportunity attack on the creature, breaking the concentration
- You have half movement speed
- You have a +2 to all dexterity saving throws
- You cannot be knocked prone, be frightened, be grappled, be charmed, or be incapacitated.
- You cannot use any spells, items, or ranged weapons or you will break the concentration
- You can choose to dodge any attack that will hit you, taking no damage but breaking concentration.

Posted Mar 10, 2026This is actually not that op because it prevents you from using any items. Even if you are a monk, it needs 16 con which makes you very MAD and it halves your speed so you can't do typical skirmish tactics.
