In the place of any death saving throw, you may choose to reduce your body to smoldering ash. The flames that consume your body have no effect on anything not on your person. Your magical items and surroundings are unaffected and remain where you fell, but any non-magical items on your person at the time of activation are destroyed. The following effects take place during the next sunrise:
- You are reborn naked and ash covered.
- Any attuned magical items are no longer attuned.
- All scars, diseases, ailments, and any other physical disfigurements are removed by Rebirth.
Should your ashes be scattered before the next sunrise, Rebirth fails. If your ashes are not gathered together again (allowing you to be reborn the following sunrise) within seven days, you Rebirth fails completely and you remain dead.
