You gain profiency .you can  choose to cook 2 ration into flavorful food. Consumer must perform a wisdom saving throw .It they succeed , they heal 1d4 hitpoints. if fails, nothing happened. 

To do this you must have

•  cook's utensils
• tinder box
• burning materials
