Should a Half-Dragon, Dwargon, or other Dragon blooded being that favors their draconic heritage attune to their dragon blood enough they gain the ability to take on a true draconic form and all that entails. Changing forms to or from requires a full action.
Their Draconic form is that of an adult of their most predominantly apparent dragon ancestor.
Additionally, they gain the hit points(atop existing hp), resistances, and immunities of the previously mentioned adult dragon form regardless of what form they are in.
Until a character achieves 20th level, they can only remain in their Dragon form for a number of hours equal to half their character level per day.
For all intents and purposes, they are now a true dragon and will age/grow as such.
