After years on the force or a part of the city guard, you've learned the essential parts of catching criminals on the run. The pursuit, tracking at high speeds, the quick arrest and pacifying the criminals.
- Tango Spotted. You can mark one humanoid at a time as your target (no action required). You must have seen the creature at least once, whether in person or via other means.
- In Pursuit. When the marked humanoid disengages and moves away from you, you can use your reaction to move your full speed after them, so long as you can still see them. In addition, you can perform a Wisdom (Survival) or Intelligence (Investigation) check as a Bonus Action to track the marked humanoid you're chasing.
- Quick Arrest. If you have a set of shackles, manacles, handcuffs or a similar item on hand (rope is too complicated for a quick arrest), you can use them as a Bonus Action against a marked humanoid you have grappled. You must make a contested Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) (your choice) check, against the marked target, shackling them on a success. In addition, if the marked humanoid is surprised or otherwise unaware of your position, you can attempt to grapple the marked humanoid and apply the restraints as part of the same action, as well as having advantage on the grapple check. If the marked humanoid loses the grappling contest by five or more, they drop all items they're holding and are knocked prone.
- Resisting Arrest. If you have a marked humanoid shackled and grappled, they have disadvantage on any Strength or Dexterity ability checks to try and break free.
