Friendly Familiar

You get a familiar that you control on there turn. and they can understand any language the owner can but can't speak unless under special circumstances. Its CR has to be 1/4 of the players level. if it dies you have to do an one hour ritual at the cite of their death. If that's not possible then you have do a two hour ritual before you take a long rest after it dies.
