Prerequisite: Requires Charisma score of 13 or higher.
After listening and witnessing the olden tales told by the dancing story tellers of Perth, you have perceived how to replicate their enticing moves. You are now able to move at greater speed, though the manner in which you move, and the sound it generates, does draw the eye. It is even said, the greatest masters of this skill were able to clap with such vigor that it was as if the heavens themselves struck a wave of thunder in reply. You gain the following benefits with this feat:
- +5 to movement speed during battle.
- The movements and sounds are captivating, greater chance to charm those nearby. If you have used a Dulcet Clap within the last 12 hours, you gain an advantage to CHA based checks.
- At level 12, you can roll against a DC of 15 to see if you're able to used the Thuderwave spell. This can only be done once per long rest.
- Because this feat does involve the clapping of the "dummy thicc cheeks", as the orators say, if you have performed it recently, it can cause disadvantage on Stealth rolls.
