Time spent mastering the Jeweler arts has paid off, granting you the following benefits:
- Increase your Dexterity or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain proficiency with Jeweler's Tools if you don’t already have it.
- you can spend 1 week and 20GP to create a Ring, Necklace, or Circlet that has the fine quality that sells for twice it's normal cost
- Items you create with the fine quality can be enchanted for half the cost and time
- You can create a Rare Ring, Necklace, or Circlet using 1000GP and 1 month of time. The item grants the wearer a +2 to AC or grants an advantage to two skills
