On your turn, when using your bonus action to make an attack with your off-hand weapon, you may make two attacks instead of one.
In addition, when you use your free interact with object action to draw a main hand weapon, you may also draw your off-hand weapon with the same action.
These benefits are explicitly in addition to and do not require (as prerequisites) the Two Weapon Fighting Style or the Dual Wielder Feat. Therefore if you wish the off-hand weapon to use your ability score bonus as a damage bonus, you must also take the Two Weapon fighting style and if you wish to use the off-hand weapon while wielding weapons that are not light, you must take the Dual Wielder feat.
