Upon the use of this feat, a character can yell at a deity through anyone that has that deity as their faith, for a multitude of reasons. Anything that goes to the continuation of the campaign or combat situation will only work upon a 1d20 Charisma roll, with the DC being 16. Upon a successful roll, the deity will do whatever was asked. Fail, and the deity will simply ignore.
