Dictator

After years of bullying, you've harnessed your oral abilities to issue commands with perceived authority.

At the start of combat, select one creature you can see and insult the creature. Insults geared toward the creatures physical appearance affects their Wisdom modifier by -1 until the end of its next turn. The creature must then make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes frightened until the end of its next turn. 

• Switch your initiative with selected creature whether it was frightened or not. 

If no obscenities were used, the Dictator must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the Dictator suffers embarrassment and loses their first turn in combat. If the insult was not geared towards the physical appearance of its target, the Dictator suffers -2 to their Intelligence modifier until the end of combat.
