Living Fortress

Prerequisite: Proficiency with heavy armor or shields

Your mastery over heavy armor and/or shields, gains you the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution or Strength score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• While donning heavy armor and/or bearing a shield, you count as half cover to any friendly creatures within 10 feet of you if they are large or smaller; you count as three-quarters cover if they are of a size smaller than you.
• As a reaction, when in heavy armor and/or wielding a shield, you can impose disadvantage on all attack rolls against any creatures you choose within 10 feet of you until the start of your next turn, but if you do so enemy attack rolls have advantage against you until the end of your next turn.
