Dual Weapon Paragon

Your prowess in dual wielding has become masterful, any melee weapon can be dual wielded (excluding great weapons) and both weapons can be attacked with simultaneously, not requiring a bonus action to swing the second weapon. If you have the ability to cast spells through your weapons, a spell can be applied to both simultaneously and both will carry the damage of the spell. Casting a spell into both weapons requires two spell slots or, if you so choose, you may spend only one spell slot but the damage of the spell on both weapons will be halved.
