Your arcana has become so engrained in your being that it flows in your blood, sacrificing it will grant you the ability to regain spell slots. As long as you are above 0 HP you may sacrifice 1d4 damage multiplied by the spell slot you want to regain. This is a bonus action, and can be done only once per turn.
