Feather darts

Some Aarakocra have trained to use there own feathers as throwing weapons in combat. It takes precision, strength, and technique but when mastered it can be exceptionally deadly. You can throw up to three feather darts with one attack. Each dart deals 1d4+dex piercing damage and reduces your flying speed by one foot for each dart thrown. You regain 2d6 feathers/flying speed back on a long rest (speed caps at 50 like usual). The feather darts are ranged weapons with a range of 30/60 and are considered monk weapons.
