You become stronger, gaining the following benefits:
• You gain proficiency in the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.
• You can hit a creature with an attack that deals bludgeoning damage, moving it 5 feet to an unoccupied space, provided the target is no more than one size larger than you.
• You can apply your STR mod to any intimidation, performance or persuasion check when you highlight your physique and physical prowess.
• You count as if you were one size larger for the purpose of determining your carrying capacity.
