If you spend one minute outside of combat (no roll required) - or - an action in combat you may make a Wisdom (Insight or Perception) check DC 10 + the CR of the target to learn one of the following; (You must be able to see the target.) 

Strength, Dexterity or Constitution score

Armour Class

Current hit points

Any one immunity

Any one resistance

Any one condition immunity

You may use this ability as many times per long rest, equal to your Wisdom modifier.
