Leadership

Your charismatic and wise presence in combination with your skills and expiriences in combat can be vital on winning a battle. That is why you will use those skills to aid yourself and your allies. But be aware that a leader is nothing without his troops.

Way you gain leadership points:

• By starting combat you gain 3 L.P
• By an ally hiting succesfully an enemy you gain 1 L.P
• By an enemy hitting your ally and dropping him/her to half of thier hitpoints you gain 2 L.P
• By a succesful spell being casted or by a character using his class features you gain 1 L.P

And you spend your leadership aiding your allies

• 1 L.P for a disengage or a dodge action to be granted on your turn on you or your allies (this is a free action)
• 2 L.P for a Help or a Hide action to be granted on your turn on you or your allies (this is a free action)
• 3 L.P for a Dash or a Bonus action to be granted on your turn on one of your allies (this is a free action)
• 3 L.P to add a +6 on an attack roll and damage roll for one of your allies (this is a reaction)

Once a combat ends and you have used your leadership you gain the penalty of disadvantage on all charisma checks and perception checks because you are exhausted. This effect ends when you finish a short or long rest.
