Iconists are common in many religions across the world, representing holy figures, images, and texts in sacred art. Through their art, some iconists learn to convey the power of their subjects, giving them access to schools of divine power. Choose a proficiency with woodcarver or painter's tools. Spend 4 hours carving or painting a holy icon and enchanting it. When you are done, you gain access to one Channel Divinity feature from any of the Cleric or Paladin subclasses. You have access to this feature until your icon is destroyed or you craft a new icon. Upon crafting a new icon, the old one loses all magical properties, becoming a simple piece of religious art worth 3gp.
