After reaching level 19 you have explored enough of the world in both its material and spiritual components. You have become vastly adept in your spellcasting and have seen how devastating and effecting the most powerful spells can be. This feat allows you to upsize your dice size when rolling for a spell attack. You sacrifice -10 to hit/DC for a upcast dice sized. This feat does not impact dice amount when spells are upcast. You can decide to use the feat before or after rolling your attack dice or the targets make their saving throws.

For example Fireball cast at 9th level using this feat would deal 14d8 but the DEX save DC now has a -10 to it potentially causing the target to succeed its saving throw.
