Learn to harvest the powers of the plants and animals. From the most basic of potions to the strongest of poisons, the ingredients are as diversified as the concoctions that they are intended for. Search, collect and craft some of the most powerful combinations ever known.
Crafting Rules: Items you can craft will be dependent on your current skill level within the Enchanting skill table. As you work your way through the different skill levels, at a rate designated by your DM, your ability to craft the finest of items, with that next level of skill and proficiency, increases as you do.
Crafting Skill Check (SC): In order to decide if you successfully crafted your item or not you will need to roll to beat the crafting SC of the item you wish to craft. In order to see if your roll was a success you will add your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma ability modifier, you may choose which ability score to use, and it must equal or beat the items SC to successfully craft it on the first attempt. If you fail the SC it is up to the DM if the materials are a total loss, if it will take extra time to correct and fix, if you will need to purchase more materials, or any combination.
Note – The skill check, cost, materials, duration of time and number of rolls needed to successfully craft an item can be ultimately up to the DM and the user to decide on together. Some recommendations for each skill level will be listed below for you to use or to base your ideas off.
