Injury: Lung Capacity

You have sustained an injury to your lungs.

Any time you take the Dash action, you take damage equal to 5% of your Hitpoint max(Ex. 100 HP Max equals 5 Damage).
You take this damage until you reach 50% of your Max Hitpoints. (Ex. 50)

Once you are under 50% of your Max Hit Points your Dash action only allows you to travel at 1/2 your movement.

Assume the only way to heal from this Injury is via Magic such as the regenerate spell.
