Time spent practicing the production of concoctions , granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You gain proficiency with brewing supplies if you don’t already have it.
• When you succeed on saving throws against the Poisoned condition, you gain a number of temporary hit points equal to twice your proficiency modifier.
• When you drink a serving of alcohol, you have advantage on saving throws against the frightened condition for the next hour.
