Immortal Body: You cannot die. Rather, your body cannot stay dead, nor will your soul’s tether to it ever completely sever, and your body’s capability to house magical energy is increased, though the strain can be felt. After dropping to 0 hit points, rather than rolling death saves, you automatically stabilize. After 1d4 rounds, you regain half of your maximum HP and regain consciousness.
If you would be killed, you are instead only dropped to 0 hitpoints and stabilize as above, recovering after the full 4 rounds. When your death is staved on in this manner, the following effects occur:
1 - Disadvantage on ability checks
2 - Incoming healing is halved (round up)
3 - Disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws
4 - Can only make an action or bonus action on your turn, not both. No reaction.
5 - Speed halved These levels function as levels of Exhaustion, and can be cured in the same way.
When you resurrect as a result of your immortal body, you gain all 5 stacks of this effect.
