Boon Of The Whirlwind Image

This is a godly boon and should only be given to very high level players, the Boon of the Whirlwind known officially as Whirlwind’s Grace confers the following benefits:

You manifest angelic wings which grant you a flying speed of 100 feet and replace your old wings if you had any which fall off very painfully.

As a bonus action you can manipulate the nearby air making it swirl around you protectively for a minute at a rapid pace, during this time you take half damage from melee attacks because they lose most of their force when they strike you, additionally if your attacked with a melee attack during this time you deal 4d20 magical slashing damage to them unless the weapon has the reach property as the wind mercilessly grinds the attackers flesh, lastly if you are targeted by a ranged attack or ranged spell attack during this time roll a d4, on an odd number the attack lands finding a weakness in the wind and on an even number the attack is absorbed by the wind and the energy dispersed, after you use this feature you gain one level of exhaustion and can’t move until the start of your next turn.

If you move at least 100 ft. without traveling through the same space twice on your turn, all creatures you pass within 10 feet of must make a DC 20 Strength saving throw or take 3d6 thunder damage and are knocked back 5 feet. On a successful save, they take half damage and no additional effect.

You become immune to the incapacitated condition.

You can cast gust of wind at will, along with Steel Wind Strike once a day but you may chose to cast Steel Wind Strike again at the cost of gaining another point of exhaustion.
