Adept Torturer

You have gained mastery in the dark art of forcibly extracting information from others. BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS FEAT: CHECK WITH YOUR DM! THIS IS MOSTLY INTENDED FOR NPCs. You have to acquire a special kit called torturer's tools, costing 20 GP to get in a medium sized town. While out of combat, on a restrained or otherwise incapacitated creature you can torture it. You can use either your STR or CHA modifier (DC 8 + CHA mod/STR mod + PB), and gain benefits listed below:

Strength Based Torture: Once per hour, you can deal 2d6 damage to the target and gain a bonus equal to half your roll on it. 

Charisma Based Torture: You gain a +3 bonus on rolls you make to torture those 1 foot smaller than you
