A non-magical way to buff your party members: through the wonders of food! During a short rest, you can make a meal to feed up to 6 creatures and offer the same temporary buff to all 6. This lasts for 8 hours or until the end of combat (or encounter of great physical or mental exertion), and creatures cannot benefit from another gourmet meal until 8 hours after their last meal.
• Hearty Meal: Give temporary HP equal to the creature's CON modifier
• Spicy Meal: Add +1 damage to melee weapon attacks
• Focusing Meal: Add +1 to hit bonus
• Sugary Meal: Add 5ft movement speed but gain 1 point of exhaustion if you do not take a rest before the next combat
