You were born with a vision abnormality that makes it difficult to see in dim light and darkness. You have disadvantage on all ranged attacks in dim conditions. If those of your race normally have dark vision, you lack this ability. If your race is not known to possess dark vision, you suffer disadvantage on perception and investigation ability checks that rely on vision when you are in dim lighting.
FLAW. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1. If you do, you may also gain a second feat, or increase two of your ability scores by +1 (or one by +2). If you choose to increase any scores, you cannot choose to increase any score affected by the Flaw. Some flaws can be overcome in time, with role played work towards that end. Others might be overcome by a high-level Cleric, but the cost might involve a side quest or a great amount of money
