Electrostatic Resistance/Absorption (Prey)

Electrostatic Resistance requires 2 Voltaic Phantom or Voltaic Mimic scans, 2 Neuromods and Electrostatic Burst 1, and allows a person to use a minute to gain the Electrostatic Resistance feat, during this time the person is considered Incapacitated. Electrostatic Absorption requires 2 Voltaic Phantom or Voltaic Mimic scans, 5 Neuromods and Electrostatic Resistance, and allows a person to use a minute to gain the Electrostatic Absorption feat, during this time the person is considered Incapacitated.

Electrostatic Resistance grants immunity to the Stun affliction, and grants permanent resistance to lightning damage.

Electrostatic Absorption allows a person to, when taking lightning damage, to take half the damage and negate it, and turn that into psi points for themselves. This does not stack with Electrostatic Resistance.
