Contested Strike

Choose a weapon type you are proficient with.

Focus in on a creaure who faces you down and prepare to show them who should be feared. Your strikes collide. As a bonus action target a creature, any time that creature attacks you with a melee attack in your melee range, if they were to hit you, you can use your reaction to roll an attack against them, and then if both creatures hit, both creatures roll a d4+their weapon modifier and whoever got a higher number will deal their damage to the other creature while the other creature does not. If the d4 roll results are the same, roll to hit again and play it out as a normal attack, if both creatures hit, they both hit, if they both miss, then they miss.

This feat can be taken multiple times choosing a different weapon each time.
