2-d4 of hp allows the user to cast the spell fire ball at the 3rd level ( Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one )
2-d6 of hp allows the user to cast counter spell as a reaction on their turn.
2-d8 of hp allows the user to create fire from their hands and feet using it to propel themselves in the air and fly (flying speed of 60 ft) for 1 hour.
6-d8 of hp allows the user to call for the visage of Fucanglong for one large attack...(Targets must succeed a dexterity saving throw (DC = Proficiency Bonus + Wisdom Modifier) or be ravaged by the wrath of an ashen winged-beast. By choosing targets equal to your wisdom modifier, those who fail take 20d6 fire damage or half on success. This attack negates abilities resulting in bypassing damage. You can use this once per short rest.)
HP lost from using these traits can only be restored by taking a long rest and cannot be restored through magical or item based means.
