Dual attacker

As a part of your attack action you can attack with your second weapon without any penalties. This attack replaces any possible attack with your bonus action, and can only be dealt if one of your attacks with your major weapon missed your target. This attack can not be dealt to an opponent you did not miss with one of your first attacks.
