Your body is changing into a strange plant hybrid that thrives off of the blood of living creatures.
- You gain 1 hit dice, plus CON modifier by drinking the blood of a willing or unwilling victim, alive or freshly dead. You may take this action once per day. You can use this ability on the following creature types:
- Humanoid, Fiend, Beast, Fey, Dragon, Giant, Monstrosity
- After every use of this ability, the condition intensifies.
- Your fingers have begun to grow a hard exoskeleton.
- The growth extends up to your elbows. Every day you go without drinking blood leaves you with a level of exhaustion. You gain resistance to slashing damage, but weakness to fire.
- The growth extends to your shoulders. If you go one day without drinking blood, you must save on a DC 8 Wisdom saving throw for each creature you come across, once a day per creature, or else involuntarily make a melee attack. You may save again on your next turn. This DC goes up by 4 for each day you go without blood.
- Your arms have adapted to become natural weapons, and can be used to make melee weapon attack.
- Your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 slashing damage.
- When you use the Attack action with an unarmed strike, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.
- The growth extends to your neck and torso. You can cast Entangle as a once-a-day action.
- The growth has begun to grow up the sides of your face. You can cast Speak with Plants as a one-a-day action.
- Your eyes take on a red tint. Your unarmed strike's damage increases to 1d8.
- This condition is technically a curse, and can be removed.
