You have been alive so long that you've basically traveled to everywhere there is to be. In your travels, you've met many, many, many people. A shocking amount actually. Basically anywhere you go you're bound to know at least someone. The user of this feat is allowed to roll a flat d20 whenever they come into contact with a new NPC in the campaign. The DC is up to the DM's discretion (age, lifestyle, role in the story are likely all important factors). If they pass the DC, they have met this person before. The user of the feat then roles another flat d20. This determines the relationship between these two characters. Roll a natural one, and this character is the user's mortal enemy. Roll a natural 20, and they're lifelong friends. A 10 is completely neutral, maybe they bumped into each other on a street corner once. Again, anything in between is up to the DM. This feat is going to destroy the world somehow.
